This artifact is a survey I took of my colleagues in December 2019 about my ability to cultivate relationships and a table with a summary of responses. I sent the survey to 20 colleagues and received 11 responses.
As indicated in the column headings of the table, this artifact supports the following indicators:
- Community Membership and Support (1) acts as a strong and positive ambassador for EPS
- Community Membership and Support (4) recognizes and supports diversity in all its forms
- Collegial Dynamics (1) develops mutually respectful and productive relationships with colleagues
- Collegial Dynamics (2) partners consistently with colleagues on projects (i.e., integration, service learning)
